What is MCintelligentplus?

MCintelligentplus is an AI-powered knowledge and search assistant. It lets you connect your documents and data sources, then ask questions and get grounded answers with citations. You can build a personal knowledge base, chat with an AI agent, and integrate messaging channels.

Getting started

Sign in from the login page. If your organization uses MCiam single sign-on, choose "Continue with MCiam(IGS)". Otherwise, sign in with your email and password. Once inside, create or open a workspace, add documents to your knowledge base, and start chatting with the AI agent.

MCiam sign-in help

MCiam is the IGS identity system (built on Keycloak) used to sign in via the "Continue with MCiam(IGS)" button. Your MCiam account and password are managed centrally in MCiam.

I don't have an MCiam account — how do I apply?

If you don't yet have an MCiam account, please request one by emailing denvy.shi@magiccreative.io.

I forgot my MCiam password

If you have an MCiam account but forgot your password, please request a reset by emailing denvy.shi@magiccreative.io.

How do I change my MCiam password?

If you already know your current password and are signed in, you can change your password yourself in the MCiam (Keycloak) account console:

Open the MCiam account console and log in with your MCiam credentials: https://mciam.magiccreative.ai/realms/magiccreative/account/account-security/signing-in
In the "My password" section, click the "Update" button.
In the pop-up window, enter your new password (and confirm it), then save.

Access MCintelligentplus via messaging apps

You can chat with your MCintelligentplus AI agent directly from the messaging apps you already use — no need to open the web app each time. Ask questions and get grounded answers with citations from your knowledge base, right inside your chat.

Supported apps

WhatsApp, Telegram, and Microsoft Teams. Availability may depend on how your organization is configured — contact your administrator if an app isn't available to you.

How it works

Once connected, your messaging app becomes another way to reach the same AI agent and knowledge base you use on the web. Your account, workspaces, and permissions stay the same across every channel.

Pairing a messaging app

You pair messaging apps yourself from within MCintelligentplus:

Sign in to MCintelligentplus.
Go to User settings → Messaging Channels: https://mcintelligentplus.magiccreative.ai/user-settings/messaging-channels
Click the Pair button for the app you want — for example, "Pair WhatsApp".
Follow the on-screen guide to complete pairing. The active bot ID or number is displayed there, so you always use the current details — no need to save a fixed contact in advance.

The bot ID/number can change over time. Always use the details shown on the Messaging Channels page at pairing time rather than an old saved contact. To unpair an app, return to the same page and use the disconnect option there.

Yes. Go to User settings → Messaging Channels, click Pair for the app you want, and follow the guide. The active bot ID or number is shown there when you pair.

Which bot or number should I message?

The active bot ID or number is shown on the User settings → Messaging Channels page when you pair. It can change over time, so always use the details shown there.
